When applying for marriage registration for a second marriage, the following relevant materials need to be brought:
1. Both parties' ID cards and household registration books;
2. I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party;
3. Three recent bareheaded photos of both parties, with a red background color.
4. If one or both parties are remarried, they must also bring a divorce certificate.

Article 5: Mainland residents who apply for marriage registration shall provide the following documents and proof materials:
（1） My household registration book and ID card;

Hong Kong residents, Macau residents, and Taiwan residents who apply for marriage registration shall provide the following documents and proof materials:
（1） My valid pass and ID card;
（2） A statement notarized by a notary public in the place of residence stating that the individual has no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party.
Overseas Chinese who apply for marriage registration shall provide the following documents and proof materials:
（1） My valid passport;
（2） A certificate issued by a notary public or authorized agency in the country of residence, authenticated by the embassy or consulate of the People's Republic of China in that country, stating that the individual has no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party, or a certificate issued by the embassy or consulate of the People's Republic of China in that country stating that the individual has no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party.
Foreigners who apply for marriage registration shall present the following certificates and supporting materials:
（1） My valid passport or other valid international travel documents;
（2） A certificate issued by a notary public or authorized agency in the country of residence, authenticated by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country, or authenticated by the Chinese embassy or consulate in China, stating that the individual has no spouse, or a certificate issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in China stating that the individual has no spouse.
Article 7: The marriage registration authority shall review the certificates and proof materials issued by the parties to the marriage registration and inquire about relevant information. If the parties meet the conditions for marriage, they shall be registered on the spot and issued a marriage certificate; If the parties do not meet the conditions for marriage and are not registered, the reasons shall be explained to the parties.
Article 14: If a divorced man and woman voluntarily restore their marital relationship, they shall go to the marriage registration office to register for remarriage.
