A marriage certificate of over 20 years can be reissued at the marriage registration office. According to the law, if a marriage certificate needs to be reissued, the parties may apply to the original marriage registration authority or the marriage registration authority where one party's permanent household registration is located by presenting their household registration book and ID card.
