2. The parties involved must be voluntary and without a spouse.
3. The parties involved are non direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations.
4. The parties involved do not suffer from any diseases that are medically deemed unsuitable for marriage.
5. One or both parties are permanent residents of this jurisdiction.
6. Both parties applying for marriage registration must apply to the marriage registration authority in the place where one party's permanent household registration is located at the same time, and may not entrust others to act on their behalf.
7. The original documents provided by the parties involved in marriage registration must be legal, complete, authentic, and reliable.
