How to write a second marriage agreement

The marriage registration authority shall carefully examine the identity certificate, registered residence registration certificate and unit certificate of the party concerned, inquire about the party concerned, and conduct investigation or medical appraisal when necessary to find out whether the party concerned meets the conditions for marriage.
3. Registration. If the marriage registration authority conducts a comprehensive review and confirms that the marriage conditions are met, it shall approve the registration and issue a marriage certificate.
