After the trial, the Yongchuan District Court held that Jiang Xue and Fan Zhigang voluntarily cohabited after they met and fell in love. When the cohabitation relationship was dissolved, the income and property purchased jointly by both parties during the cohabitation period were treated as general jointly-owned property. The "Prenuptial Agreement" voluntarily signed by both parties is a true expression of their intentions.
